July Book Haul!! and the only one I read was Landline!

“I’ll tell them how I survive it. I’ll tell them that on bad mornings, it feels impossible to take pleasure in things because I’m afraid it could be taken away. That’s when I make a list in my head of every act of goodness I’ve seen someone do. It’s like a game. Repetitive. Even a little tedious after more than twenty years. But there are much worse games to play.”

Anonymous asked: Can you list any books with Pretty book covers?

hmmmm, this is a toughie. I’ve never really focused on the covers! hahaha but i’ll post my top 5!

1.These broken Stars by Amie Kaufman and Meagan Spooner (BEAUTY!)

2. To all the boys I’ve loved before by Jenny Han (I love it all)

3. The Lunar Chronicles! (3 books: Cinder, Scarlet and Cress) by Marissa Meyer (ohhh I love those covers, especially Cinder and Cress)

4. Ignite Me by Tahereh Mafi (so pretty with all the plants and flowers!)

SHARE 5 RANDOM FACTS ABOUT YOURSELF!

1. I have two university degrees! One in Music (Clarinet major) and the other in Education! :D

2. I love photography, I was seriously contemplating for a while to go back to school and get a diploma in photography, but I already owe back thousands in student loans.

3. I’m a Kindergarten and Music Teacher and I just finished my first year of teaching! and starting my second in just month! CRA-ZAY

4. One time wrote Tom Felton (the guy who plays Draco Malfoy) a strongly worded letter when I was 12 that we should be best friends. He never wrote back.

5. If you play ANY orchestral theme from a movie, I could name the movie and the scene it is from in about 30 seconds without even looking at the screen/title/etc. (GRANTED: I HAD TO HAVE AT LEAST SEEN THE MOVIE TWICE)

but seriously, I can listen to the whole orchestral soundtrack to Harry Potter and the Philospher’s stone and know EVERYTHING that happens by just listening to the music. AND recite the lines as well.
